Created in 2000, the Ephemeral Gardens are redisned each spring with a fresh theme each year, ensuring an inspiring and exciting stroll for visitors and providing a sacred space for local flora and fauna to thrive.
Awaken your scenes as you stroll through the 12 parcels, each one lovingly conceived and tendered by local artists, gardening groups or schools. With opportunities to play, interact, rest and reflect, the gardens are a true local treasure just waiting for you to explore.
Accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs, toilet facitilites and drinking water are available on site, as well as shaded areas for you to picnic and soak up the essence of nature.
The site also hosts environmental educational workshops for children, the ticket office for the Church of Saint-Fraigne, and runs a number of popular events each year such as the annual Jam Fest
